Intro to Well-Being
Reset Outdoor’s Intro to Well-Being is a 3-4 hour standalone workshop and a 7 session program designed to train groups on the critical skills required to develop and maintain a sustainable self-care practice.
Self-care is not one size fits all.
This program is designed to navigate both the highly individualized nature of an effective and ongoing self-care practice while building group cohesion and connection.
The Reset Outdoors THRIVE Compass and The Clifton Strengths Assessment tool provides structure, vocabulary and measures of impact on participants for intentional integration of these principles into your organizational culture.
